The Wombats - My Circuit Board City

The bleeding brilliant liverpudlian indie-popstars are back with a new single titled 'My Circuit Board City', released on the 2nd March 2009. Dont worry people, the new tune does in no way dissapoint and upon release will im sure do well both on single sales and radio airwave plays (no serioulsly this thing is gonna be seriously overplayed, especially by the folks over at radio 1). The song will be available to download off iTunes by this coming monday, but for the physical disk or vinyl (whatever yor preference may be) that you can actually touch, caress and hold within your excited sweaty palm, im affraid like me you'll have to wait until the 2nd of march like i previously said.

If you cant wait untill monday to have the new wombat tune on your ipod, here is the final version that will be made available on iTunes. Good Times!

Esser - Work It Out (Promo)

1. Work It Out
2. Work It Out (Sinden Remix)
3. Work It Out (The Very Best Radio Remix)
4. Work It Out (The Very Best Club Remix)

Another brilliant tune from the quiffed man-god. Esser is back with his fourth single titled 'Work It Out', which will be released on the 23rd february 2009. 2008 was a great year for Esser, seeing him release three catchy records in the shape of 'I Love You', 'Headlock' and 'Satisfaction'. But 2009 is definatley going to be the year he breaks through into the world of popular music. With a tour supporting the kaiser chiefs and his debut album expected to be released this summer, prepare yourselves for big things and clever tunes coming your way!

Good Times Rudegirl!

Girls Aloud - Something Kinda Ooooh EP

1. Something Kinda Ooooh
2. Something Kinda Ooooh (Tomy Lamezma Remix)
3. Models
4. Girls Aloud Megamix

Something kinda Ooooh is definately one of the best pop songs of the past decade, well i think so anyway. Its got all the aspects of a fabulous pop anthem and, unlike alot of the pop around, it's also totally suitable to be played in clubs, no not the gay clubs who are constantly switching between playing out girls aloud's greatest hits and scissor sisters self titled debuet album! Everyone has heard 'Something Kinda Ooooh' a number of times, especially when it was released back in the october of 2006, and most would agree it's a great tune, Im sure even the haters would agree that it's insanely catchy? The 'Something Kinda Ooooh' Ep includes the rad tony lamezma remix, Models and the girls aloud megamix. Models is from their third album 'Chemistry' and is an ok song but by no means one of girls alouds best. The girls aloud megamix is totally awsome, but the best song on the ep other than 'something kinda Ooooh' is the tony lamezma remix! Now, i dont know much about this guy, but from what i can tell, he proper loves girls aloud, like he's their number one fan! This guy remix's every song they release, and the worse thing about that is that most of them are, to be honest, bollocks! With the exception of his remix's of 'The Show', 'Cant Speak French', Sexy!No No No (which he so cleverly titled sexy!yes yes yes, good one tony!), and now 'Something Kinda Ooooh'.

So overall this Ep is so so oh so sick. Also, Girls Aloud's new single 'The Loving KInd' (which is an absolute tune) is released monday 12th January, so go and buy it when it's out along with their latest album 'Out Of Control' which was released back in november. Good Times Rudegirl!!!

Celebrity Big Brother 2009!

So yesterday saw the return of celebrity big brother for the first time since 2007's controversial series in which shilpa shetty became the face of anti-bullying and jade goody, jo o meara and danielle lloyd became the face of, well rascist fuelled bullying (although danielle lloyd got away with it for being fit). After the 2007 series it seemed the whole of Britain had turned its back on celebrity big brother and all of sudden the future of the show seemed so uncertain, sending a cold shiver down the spines of many of the z list celebrity comunity who now found themselves racking their brains (Pa's and managment) for another way of kick starting their lifeless career. But alas, Celebrity Big Brother has retuned and here is a list of celebrities we lucky, gorgous nation get to watch on our high defonition tv screens for the next 22 days and nights:

Coolio - An american rapper, famous for his song Gangsta's Paradise.
Lucy Pinder - Glamour Model, Lads mag favorite
Tommy Sheridan - Politician
Terry Christian - Broadcaster, apparently quite big in the 80's and 90's
Ulrika Jonsson - Presenter and Broadcaster
Ben Adams - Was a member of boyband A1 (i dont know who they were either)
Tina Malone - Actor, star of legendary programme 'Shameless'
Michelle Heaton - Member of popstars runners up band 'Liberty X, uses way to much fake tan
Latoya Jackson - American singer, check her last name to see why she's a celebrity
Mutya Buena - Singer, ex-sugarbabes member
Verne Troyer - Mini Me! absolute Don, made austin powers films so much better

On the whole there's some actual celebrities in the show this year and the fact that they've managed to get Verne Troyer in the house means they're definately trying to get the viewing figures back up, and in all honesty i think that's exactly what they're going to do, i love big brother but am not to keen on the celebrity big brother, but they've managed to get some interesting people in their and its a good mix so i will definately be watching. Good Times Rudegirl!
